Ever since I started my journey 17 years ago into the world of beauty; I knew that at some point I wanted my own beauty business. And in those younger days of study for my Bachelor’s Degree in science/cosmetology at university, I knew I could take what I was learning into the more specialist areas of anti-ageing treatments and transformative beauty solutions. Frequently Ask Questions
Is there a minimum payment required?
Yes, we require members to pay a minimum payment in the form of a ‘SIGNUP FEE’ to qualify and access treatments. The Gold membership requires £40, the Platinum requires £100, and the Diamond membership requires £100. The sign up fee goes towards the respective membership total annual spend.
May I use up my total allowance on treatments?
Yes, you may use all your allowance once you have reached your minimum requirement payment. Your payments will continue to be paid across the year. N.B. If you decide to cancel your plan and you have already had advanced treatments, you are required to pay any outstanding balance in full.
Do you do credit check even though I have not paid the full treatment value?
No, you are a valued client, and we understand that paying across the year is a great way to spread the cost. However, you need to know that this is a 12-month plan and is legally binding in that you will owe for any treatments you have done. If you decide to cancel your plan and you have already had advanced treatments, you are required to pay any outstanding balance in full at the time of cancellation.
Can I cancel my annual plan any time?
Yes, if you decide to cancel your monthly subscription/12-month plan and you have not booked/received any advanced treatment; any monies already paid can be transferred and used towards treatments with the same price value. If you decide to cancel your plan and you have already had advanced treatments, you are required to pay any outstanding balance in full.
